Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, under the applicable law, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

The withdrawal period is 14 days, calculated according to the applicable legal provisions.

2. How to request a return

To request withdrawal from the contract, send us a request to:

order number;
the products you wish to return;

the method by which you wish to be contacted.

3. Product return

After submitting the request, the product must be returned to:

The direct costs of returning are borne by Noovaro.

The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

4. Money refund

After exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable law.

The refund will be made by REFUND METHOD.

If the law allows the refund to be postponed until the product is received or until proof of its shipment is provided, we will proceed accordingly.

5. Product condition

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a way that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in situations excepted by applicable law.

If a specific product sold by Noovaro falls into such a category, the information will be presented accordingly on the product page or in the conditions applicable to the order.
